Sam Dipolito

I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1986.  I earned a Bachelor Degree from Georgia Southern in 1966 and received a Master Degree from Georgia Southern in 1976 for Public Administrator. I served our country and enrolled in the US Army from 1967-1969.  Some of my duties included serving in Vietnam from 1967 to 1968.  During that time, I received awards that included: Sharp Shooter M-14, Air Medal, Bronze Star W/V Device, Vietnam.  Also a Service Metal with 2 Bronze Service Stars. Other Committees I have served are:  Chairman of the Board for High Hope Foundation and President , Statesboro Association Housing, Inc. I have been awarded an Award every year for Million Dollar Sales Club also known as the Distinguished Sales Society.  My accomplishments in the Real Estate Business has earned me a Multi Million Dollar Producer for 36 Years, specializing in Residential and Commercial Sales.

Nikki Williams

I am originally from Emanuel County and moved to Statesboro in 2004, finishing up my degrees from Georgia Southern University. I decided once I moved to Statesboro, it was home. I have since gotten married in 2014 and had two precious children, a boy (Cam 6) and girl (Brynn 3). My husband is Talan Williams who is a police officer at the Georgia Port Authority in Savannah. I began my career in Real Estate in 2007. This was also the time the market crashed around 2008-2012. I jokingly reminisce, calling it the great depression when I reference those times. Everyone thought I was completely nuts getting into Real Estate. I had a passion for it though and disappointed at first, I made it through the hard times.

Respectfully, I can now appreciate those bad times. Many lessons learned how bad the economy can once again get with this commission based job. I also don’t look at my job as an actual job. It’s extremely rewarding. I am a very social person and my clients become long term friends. I still keep up with so many through social media. Buying a home can be a huge milestone to many, as well as selling a home when it has sentimental value. It always feels good to be a part of that process. Some circumstances are good and others sometimes not. I can tell you I have witnessed them all. First time Home buyers, newlyweds, losing a job and house, deaths, & divorce. It’s not always a pleasant experience, but people genuinely need help during those times and a realtor to guide them through.

Some of my education background that may seem interesting, I graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2006 with a major in Sociology and minor in Psychology. I then decided I did NOT want a desk job where I was stuck all day. Real Estate seemed like a good idea. After passing my Sales Associates Exam I was hired on with then Prudential Kennedy Realty. Warren Buffet bought out Prudential, hence the name change. I earned my Georgia Realtor Institute designation right away as soon as I was licensed. I then was driven to obtain my Associate Broker’s license, in the event I ever decided to open my own firm one day. I did this a year shy of being legally able to become licensed. I have been a top producer in Bulloch County for years and recently earned the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services President’s Circle Award in 2020 and 2021. It is something I am thrilled about. What this means is that I reached a minimum of $185,000 in total Gross Commissions or sold more than 50 Residential units last year alone. It came with a lot of hard work, working late nights, and weekends as I still do. This year seems to be off to another good start.

I arrived in Statesboro, GA in 2001 and graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2003 with a Bachelor degree in Natural Resources. I spent time traveling and working in Denali Park, AK and Missoula, MT before returning to Statesboro in 2006. I became a licensed agent at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kennedy Realty in 2006. I have since acquired the distinguished sales society Continuing Life Member award 2007-2018, Prudential Honor Society award(top 10% nationwide) in 2008 & 2011-13, Leading edge society 2014 & 2015 (top 7% nationwide), Berkshire Hathaway President's Circle (top 3% nationwide) 2016-2020, graduated from the Georgia Realtor Institute in 2009 and became ABR certified in 2014.

I can attribute my sales success to the other brokers/realtors at Berkshire Hathaway Kennedy Realty along with my willingness to learn more technologically advanced methods and continuing education classes. My work ethic, ability to listen to my clients, and the technology methods/continuing education have pushed me to the top of the field for the past 15 years, while many agents are changing professions. I served on the executive committee for the Statesboro Board of Realtors from 2008-2015, including a term as President of the Statesboro Board of Realtors in 2014. Tim Montgomery

Tim Montgomery, native of Augusta, GA.  has lived in Bulloch County since 2001.  Married to Kathy Montgomery for 32 years, they have two sons, Christopher and Timothy.  Tim and Kathy attend Trinity Baptist Church in Nevils, where Tim has taught the 9th – 12th grade Youth Sunday school class for the past 20 years. 

Tim’s professional career began in 1979, beginning with Information Technology, owner of Vidalia Grills, and now Real Estate.  Over these 40+ years Tim has worked with Fortune 500 companies as a consultant/sales both nationally and internationally.  As the owner of Vidalia Grills, Tim launched a national sales and marketing campaign that included over 300 dealers (Pool & Spa, Hearth & Home, and Casual Living) nationwide.   Vidalia Grills’ marketing efforts included working with Food Network, Southern Living, and Viking as well as print, internet, and radio/TV media.  

 As a real estate professional Tim works with both sellers and buyers in residential, commercial, and land.  His goal is to get to know his clients on a personal level and understand their real estate goals.  With residential clients Tim understands this may be their first time buying a home or they may be selling a home with cherished memories and downsizing or they are moving up looking for more space as the family grows.  Regardless of the circumstance it is still for most, their largest investment and should be handled with great care, professionalism, and integrity.

An avid outdoorsman and griller Tim uses his down time to introduce youth and seniors to the great outdoors.  As well as grilling for different local groups whether it’s for the GSU basketball team, local HS events, or for Trinity Baptist seniors/youth events Tim is never far from his grills.  Tim’s passion for cooking has led him to some exciting events like grilling with Bobby Flay and Guy Fieri of the Food Network, the OSCARS & Tony Awards, and numerous Cooking shows.
